We run a holiday club which is open every school holiday (except Christmas) which is based in the school Dining Room at Woodfield Infant School, Woodfield Avenue, Penn, Wolverhampton WV4 4A. Entrance to the club is via the back entrance (car park of the school along Coalway Road).

As you can imagine, we had had to seek guidance from the Government, Early Years and Woodfield Primary School in order to ensure it is safe to open. So, we have had to implement safety measures to ensure the safety of all staff, children and parents who attend the club.
Below are a few changes made, which are important for you as parents to be made aware of.
We will be providing hand sanitizing gel to all children and staff who will be encouraged to use these at several times during the day.
Children and staff will also be washing their hands on a regular basis during the day.
Children will be taking part in activities in smaller groups, and more staff will be identified in order to ensure the safety of the children attending.
We will continue to encourage all children to maintain social distancing from others.
Surfaces, toys and general hygiene of the club will be maintained throughout the day.
Please can you ensure the children DO NOT bring any toys or personal items to the club, and only bring with them a clean water bottle.
Also, can you ensure all booking documentation is EMAILED rather than bringing any hard copies of these forms. This is to prevent any spread of infection.
I am aware that some parents prefer to pay via cash. However, where possible, bank transfers are available. If cash is the most suitable way of payment, please ensure all cash is in an envelope and given to management.
Another change made to ensure the safety of staff, children and parents is a request for parents NOT to enter the club setting indoors. Once a parent has spoken to a member of staff through the intercom system, and asked which child they are there to collect at the end of the day, children will be brought to parents to the door of the club. Parents will NOT be able to enter indoors for any given reason.
Also, it remains the same that Little Munchkins will continue to provide 3 meals throughout the day to children attending.
